Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These Terms govern your use of 2hour.fun (the “Service”), a non-custodial interface to smart contracts that let anyone create and trade fixed-supply tokens. By connecting a wallet or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. The Service is not offered to anyone in a jurisdiction where access or use would be illegal, and not to persons subject to applicable sanctions.
2. Non-custodial service
2hour.fun is a front-end to public smart contracts. We never take custody of your funds or tokens, never hold your private keys, and cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover your assets. Every transaction is initiated and signed by you through your own wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you approve.
3. Independence
2hour.fun is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., the Solana Foundation, or any company whose name, network or tokenized stock appears on the Service. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties, not by us. Names and logos belong to their owners.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Tokens created or traded here are not securities offerings by us, are not backed by any asset, and carry no promise of value, profit, or utility. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes you owe.
5. Risk of loss
Digital tokens are extremely volatile and can lose all value quickly. Bonding-curve and memecoin markets are especially risky and are frequently used for speculation. You may lose everything you spend. Only transact with amounts you can afford to lose entirely. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and network conditions, bugs, or malicious tokens can cause loss.
6. Creating a coin
If you create (or prepay to reserve) a coin, you represent that its name, ticker, image, and description are yours to use and do not infringe anyone’s rights, impersonate any person or brand, or break any law. You are the “creator” recorded on-chain and are solely responsible for the coin and how you promote it.
Launch fees and prepay deposits are non-refundable. A reserved launch that is not finalised within the required window is forfeited as described in the interface. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any coin, creator, or claim made about a coin.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, launder money, evade sanctions, defraud or mislead others, infringe intellectual-property rights, manipulate markets, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security. We may restrict access to the interface at our discretion, though we cannot alter the underlying public contracts.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as wallet providers, RPC nodes, IPFS pinning, and hosting. We do not control them and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms. Links or references to third-party sites or tokens are not endorsements.
9. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or the underlying contracts are error-free, secure, or continuously available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company] and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior three months or USD $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Company] and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your coins, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes take effect when posted here. We may suspend or discontinue the interface at any time. Your continued use after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@2hour.fun.
This document is a plain-language template and not legal advice. Bracketed placeholders such as [Company], [Jurisdiction] and [contact email] must be completed before a real (mainnet) launch.
